Orders placed before 14:00 WET ship the same day. Weekends and Portuguese public holidays excluded.
Returns
Change of mind, wrong size, missed the moment — we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Designs must be unopened and in their original sleeve.

Send your order number to contact@tattoofactory.eu. We'll send a prepaid label for EU orders.

Pop it in the post
Use the original packaging (or any small envelope). Keep the tracking number safe.

Refunded in 5–7 days
Once we receive the parcel we refund the original payment method within one week.

Yes — every order ships with a tracking link sent to your email. You can also see status in your account.
After 14 working days for EU and 21 for international, contact us — we'll re-ship at no charge.
EU and UK orders: VAT included, no duties. Non-EU: import tax may apply, paid by recipient.
Standard shipping yes; Express services do not deliver to PO boxes — we'll switch to standard if needed.
